Title: Starting utrogestan

I've finally been prescribed 200mg utrogestan vaginally after a battle with my GP. Pre coil (which was removed after 6 weeks) my periods were regular ish maybe every 4 weeks but sometimes more between. Would I wait til the next period when it arrives to start the lenzetto and then it says 14 days of the month for the utrogestan so assume start that day 14? Also am I less likely to get the sleepy side effect using this vaginally? The coil almost made me feel stoned and sleep is sonething I don't have trouble with!!! Thanks as ever!

Thanks CKLD. Its really about whether I should wait to see if my period starts before starting the HRT or if it doesn't do you just crack on!
