Title: Lutigest

Hi,after trying lots of hrt combos,thought id go to the experts who prescribed Lutigest but feeling worse than on anything else.Nausea and low mood the worst.Im now wondering wether to stop hrt as im running out of options.Im down to3 Oestogel and only feel good without Progesterone.If i keep lowering gel do i still need the progesterone?any one else tried stopping altogether after a few years?

If a lady has a womb progesterone is recommended. 

U could take a break from HRT to see how any symptoms affect you.  Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary to chart progress.  Which symptom would you like to ease first?

When you say 'experts' - R U able to explain more fully as to who prescribed Lutigest?

Private G.p. via Stella app prescribed it as tried Utrogestan and Provera.Night sweats and insomnia are the worst but now the side effects are even worse.Got a call later and will see if they advise stopping the hrt as im post meno.

Let us know how you get on. If U R paying for treatment they may be 'reluctant' for you to stop.

Another option is Crinone that is ok for me, without side affects
