Thank you for sharing this link . I have terrible trouble getting back into sleep when waking at about 4 in the morning usually with a night sweat . I will try this method x

Well!
After progressively getting worse sleep wise I am going to give this a go. I generally drop off quite easily but noise and arthritis pain both disturb me through the night. Seems simple and makes sense so am definitely trying this tonight. Thanks.😴
