Hi All,
I had a full Hysterectomy in January 2020 and today I am bleeding out my vagina and have pain.. has anyone experienced this?
-
Morning. What type of bleeding? Light pink stain, heavier and red/brown? Do U have vaginal atrophy which may cause light bleeding from the vagina?
Did U keep your ovaries?

No all went... It's Def old blood as it's a thick brown .... I just googled and said could be scar tissue bleeding... It's just freaked me out as was not expecting it... Def not missed these tummy cramps

Hi ya,
Just an update, spoke to my GP yesterday and she was very honest and said she had never come across this before, so sent me for blood tests today and a vaginal examination with the Guini nurse.... And said is putting ot down to my recent increase in HRT... Walked in to nurse room today and straight away she said I'm telling you now it's nothing to do with HRT because you don't have a uterus... Then said it was from me having a dry vagina but looked in me and didn't find any cuts or sores and no blood...so is not sure what I've done... I'm not convinced it's the do with dryness as I've had that for 3 years and this ain't happened... She kinda just said she don't know what it is and I've prob aggrrevated a scar or something..m but noore bleeding and cramps stopped so just going to put it down to one of menopauses many mysteries.... I've now got some tablets for my dryness as didn't get on with cream and being told for 3 years cream is all they can offer lol
