Title: Changing from continuous to sequi. Sheils99
Post by: jaydee on May 29, 2023, 05:29:40 PM
Evening ladies, as mentioned earlier I’ve been advised to go back to a sequi regime; how do I do this? Do I just start to take the utrogestan200 or do I have a break from the utrogestan 100 to have a bleed first.
Many thanks
Jaydee

I would have 14 days off Utrogestan then take the 2 x 100 for 12 or 14 days. I expect you may have a withdrawal bleed when you initially stop, but you may not. I don't think there is an exact science to it as everyone is different.

Good luck x

Thank you so much for replying Dotty.  I find this forum so much more informative than my gp.
