Title: Random question. Cold pillows for sleeping
Post by: Julesricha45 on May 25, 2023, 12:22:17 PM
Hi
Can anyone recommend a pillow for sleeping that helps keep you cool. I’ve tried the gel pillows and didn’t find them helpful (or comfy!). I struggle with my face feeling hot and sweaty and I just can’t wait for the hot summer nights  ;D

Apparently 'chillo' is the trade name.

Some find that having several sets of pillows so that they get a chance to cool down or even, putting 2 in the deep freeze  :o

Is there a particular time that you suffer?  I find that a cold air blower helps in the warmer months, it's soothing me to sleep too.

Ice packs in the freezer, wrapped in a towel .......... though they can get a bit messy by morning  ;D

I use a cool pad - fairly cheap on Amazon.
