Hi go for it. I’m nearly 59 and am happily on hrt.
I take Utrogestan and don’t have any problems. Think of the positives, not the side effects.
25 is a very low dose and you will probably need a higher dose.

I could never handle utrogestan daily, I take 100mg vaginally for 12 days every other month and get a regular withdrawal bleed, not ideal either at our age but it really is the only way for me. Hope you get sorted.

I concur with Dotty. I’m nearly 59 and have been on a 50mg patch with 100mg utrogestan daily for the past year and a bit with no problems (and I historically had classical migraines). This has not worsened with HRT. Give it a try. It can always be tweaked as required..
