Title: Testogel, how long do you have to wait before showering after application?

Just been prescribed Testogel and just wondered how long you have to wait to shower after applying?

I like to workout in the morning for about 1-2 hours then shower, I’ve read some women like to apply the testosterone before working out as it gives them an energy boost, so I wanted to try that. Any advice please?

It is recommended that you wait at least 2 hours after applying Testogel before showering or swimming. This allows the gel to fully absorb into the skin and reduces the risk of the medication being washed off before it has had a chance to be absorbed.
