Title: Cycling progesterone taken wrong amount HELP!

 I swapped to cycling progesterone after periods starting again and was told to take 2 at night for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off….I got it wrong and ave only too 1 at night ….what shall I do ? I’m just about to stop for the 14 day break . I’m worried it will cause me problems etc x

Getting it wrong for one cycle won't do you any long term harm and you may find you bleed anyway. Just use the recommended dose for the next cycle.

Ahh thank you I was worried as I only to half the dose I should have taken x
