Title: estradiol pessary and utrogestan vaginally, ok to do both?

Due to extreme reaction to Utrogestan orally I am now going to use it as a pessary at night, apparently should take it alternate nights. But wondered when that would overlap with the twice weekly dose of Estradiol pessary for atrophy would that be ok?
