I’m really struggling to get the dosage of gel right, I was on 3 pumps for a long while with no problems but then my hair started shedding a lot and night sweats came back (all tests for thyroid etc are fine) so I upped to 4 pumps, night sweats stopped hair shedding slowed down but I’m barely sleeping due to feeling wired a lot, my Dr has given me patches to trial but I’m worried about starting them and things getting even worse, any gel advice would be greatly appreciated

im on gel 3 pumps and i do like it. when i tried 4 pumps i felt wired too.
sometimes we need a change of hrt if we've been on it a while.
i know there is sandrena gel which i believe is quite well absorbed. although ive never tried it myself.
