Title: Breast pain

Hi, I’ve been having unusual breast pain and wondered if this could be due to perimenopause. The pain has been bad enough that it has woken me at night. It’s like a nerve pain. There is a burning tingling sensation and when I touch it it heightens the pain. This lasts for a few minutes then goes away for a few hours then returns. Has anyone experienced pain like this before? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear you are in so much pain. I often get breast pain and recently I have been taking starflower oil capsules. I have noticed a slight improvement and hope they will work even more as time goes on. Perhaps you would find it helpful to take them yourself.
