Title: Patch moving affecting dose?
Post by: Peana on April 24, 2023, 01:39:50 PM
Hi, I've tried to search for this, but haven't found quite the issue, apologies if there is already a thread.

I've been getting hot and fidgety early morning (around 0300 - 0500), but when I woke up this morning I realised that my tossing and turning had caused my patch to move about 3 cm across my bum (Evorel 75mcg).  At the time I didn't think much about it (other than 'I wish I could get a good nights sleep'!), but for the past few hours I've been feeling awful.  I've no idea how the dosing works with a patch, but could this movement have given me a bigger dose?  I hate to throw a patch away with all the shortages we've suffered, but I think I need to rip it off, get all the sticky stuff off, and apply a fresh one.

I wondered what thoughts any of you had?

Thanks, it's coming off! Good to get a second opinion.
