My ultrasound came back I they found some scar tissue thought to be caused from a c section 19 years ago. My question is could this be whats causing my awful pelvic pain. Any thoughts?

Yep.  Xcar tissue can certainly 'pull'.  Who ordered the initial scan?

Consultant in gynecology ordered this one and was performed by a doctor who saw the scar tissue. My previous 2 scans they found nothing
