Title: Neck pain patches gels

I’m finding I’m getting bad headaches -neck stiffness and irritated sinuses on any gel Or HRT patch I’ve tried.
It’s really frustrating!
The more the dose increases the worse it is!

Welcome  to the forum.

I used to get really bad migraine headaches when I started hrt. I used to get them anyway, but they got worse.
I switched to tablet form, and eventually they stopped after getting my dose right.
I think it could be the progesterone.
 Maybe try another regime, or could it be its because your not on enough, that's what I found  anyway.
