Hi, I am 53 and peri-menopausal.
I have just been prescribed Femoston 1/10 by the GP. However, when the prescription came through, it was for Femoston AND Estradiol 1mg. I spoke to the surgery receptionist to ask why and (after reading the notes) she said I needed to take the Estradiol for 14 days and the Femoston for 14 days.
This still seems strange?

Hi! sorry can't help. Suggest you put the product names into the search box: individually : to see if there are threads already. Make notes. Also the Forum has glitches ::). Still.

Femosten contains estrogen and progesterone,
you don't need another estrogen type. A higher dose would be 2/10 .
Query it with your GP again.
