Hi ladies, I had a chemical total hysterectomy 2 years ago, I turned 50 in October, I have been on Evorel 100 and started to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep etc, my estrogen level was low at 115, so Dr gave me OEstrodose, he has said to stop the patch and use 2 pumps of gel :/ does this mean my Estrogen would be reduced even further, as 2 pumps = 50 ? So confused, thanks for any advise x

Hi 4 pumps is the equivalent of 100 patch, although you may absorb it differently.

I would say that 2 pumps won’t be enough for you .

Thanks, that’s what I thought arghhhh annoyingly Dr are closed and online forms can only be completed weekdays, I may try and complete another contact form Monday x
