Hello all
A month in to Imvaggis and all going well. Using an external moisturiser too - had a water based one for years which Dr recently changed to Epimax (big tub, not the cream).
It works well but is greasy and makes grease stains on my trousers!
Lordy …… another bloody thing.
So is there something that works as well but won’t leave this grease trail?

Yes VM is water based and I do not find it greasy. Perhaps that would work for you.

Morning. Was there a particular reason why the GP changed the product?
MayB have a lookC at the 'yes' and 'slyc' websites, many find those products of use.

The greasy emollients are often given to people with eczema, dermatitis, lichen sclerosus etc. Ointments can be less irritating than creams as they have fewer ingredients but it would be worth knowing why it was changed. What were you on previously? I would try using less of the Epimax, if it's anything like Epaderm you don't need much.
I found the Yes products and Sylk all really irritating and just use Epaderm outside now (but I have just been told I have eczema).

Thanks all. The Epimax is certainly better than the water based one and I am not certain the greasiness was really caused by that or by the three week period of every day with Imvaggis. It does seem better now I am using the pessaries less often. Who knows?! I will be a skirt/dress wearer if it carries on. Haven’t worn a dress since 1983…..
