Title: Awful PMT

Does anyone increase their oestrogel in the week before their period? Almost like a switch, I go from feeling great to absolutely DREADFUL within half an hour and it started at 5pm last night. I've put a little extra on this morning. It's worse since I went to continuous - but overall I feel much better. Just the PMT is more acute exactly a week before period, but then it eases off. I hate it.

Are you still having your own natural periods, I presume?

You're not post-menopausal?
