Title: No withdrawal bleed

Hello.  I am on Evorel 50 Patches and 200 Utrogestan (vaginally). First couple of months fine and then the last three months I start spotting on CD15 until I finish the Utrogestan and then no withdrawal bleed. I felt I would get a proper bleed then nothing.

I feel so bloated. But this combination does allow me to sleep so I am reluctant to change it!

should I be worried about lining building up?

Talk to your doctor. They might change you to continuous HRT.
