Title: Things you wish you'd known

Thinking back to before your symptoms started on this crazy transition, do you wish you had more info about the menopause? If so where do you think the info could have been made available to make you aware of what was to come. Especially if you weren't at the stage where you thought menopause was imminent eg. Smear tests, posters in bathrooms etc
