Title: Oestrogel pump dosage

Hi all, Just been prescribed Oestrogel. The instructions for me say 2 pumps per day. When i pushed the pump, I wasnt sure if I am supposed to push the pump fully down, or just take a bit of the gel. I was expecting a click or something, the amount seems a bit vague.  Can anyone advise me please?

The first time you use it you discard that pump. Then push it right down each time and wait for the pump to come back up before pushing it down again .

Yes as Dotty said, discard first pump and just push firmly down for next pump.
