Having persisted with Evorel Sequi (Combo of Evorel 50 and then Evorel Conti) I could no longer tolerate the side effects of acid reflux and increased anxiety.
I’m due to see the GP on Wednesday but she has admitted she is at a loss what to prescribe me (she is not very knowledgeable on the subject of menopause at all) what can I suggest to her? as I know she will ask me.
I’m 50, have an extremely light period about once every 6 months. My worst meno symptoms are anxiety, night sweats, achy joints, and brain fog. I also have no libido whatsoever but they have point blank refused to prescribe testosterone gel.

Femseven Sequi is another Sequi patch.
Or an oestrogen patch or gel with Utrogestan.

Many thanks Dotty. I got the Oestrogel and Utrogestan pills prescribed today. Fingers crossed they work!
