Thanks for the warm welcome ladies. I’m currently going through peri menopause symptoms and have started hrt. I’m looking forward to getting to know and helping support others 😁x

Yes, it is, I was having trouble with my HRT patches not staying on and was advised to use Tegaderm film 6cmx7cm and
they have stayed on since, have had no bother in showers or when sleeping, was stressed at beginning, marks all over my legs moving them about, just hope they work now xx

I’ve started on 2 pumps of oestrogel and utrogestan tablets. I’m only 2 weeks into the gel and am finding my skin feels softer and moods are slightly better. I’m sleeping better too x
