Been on Evorel 50 for around 6 months now, it was working great with mood swings and flushes, but noticed my mood is getting volatile again, hard getting doctor appointment do these patches offer higher doses and if so, is this what o need? I read if you get break through bleeding then dose is too high which I sometimes get now!!! Help!!!!!

Evorel comes in 75 and 100 patches too. Sometimes before increasing by 25 people cut a little bit less and try that to get their bodies slowly used to the increase.
I am not sure about the breakthrough bleeding but somebody will be around soon to answer that. 🙂

Hi are you on Evorel Sequi ? If so, you will get a monthly bleed on these.
If you want a higher dose you will need to move to an Oestrogen only patch and a separate progesterone.

Thanks for replies. Guess I’ll just need persevere until I can see GP

Are you on Evorel Sequi or Evorel Conti or Evorel 50 with a separate progesterone? :)

I was on 25mg patches for 3mths with no problems but started on 50mg 3wks ago and have had nothing but dizziness and nausea. I am on the verge of quitting but I know the anxiety will return. I am really down. Just want the dizziness to stop.

Hi Anxiety, I had awful dizziness and my oestrogen was too high. I can't give medical advice obviously but if it were me I'd see if I could go back to 25mg and see if the dizziness stops.
