Title: Utrogestin

 ;)I’m picking up new hrt today so I’m getting a patch and Utrogestin my question is when do I start the tablet iv not had a period since Jan so do I start the patch now then the tablet for 14 days from the first of April I’m confused help thankyou 😄

You can start the patch today and then 14 days later start the utrogestan.  Take it for 2 weeks and then stop for 2 weeks and so on.  Or if you prefer to keep it simple to remember, you can start the utrogestan on 1st April, take it for 2 weeks and then stop until 1st May and so on.
