Title: magnesium and hrt

I'm sure i've spoken to someone on this forum about this but i cannot find the post.

can taking magnesium interact with hrt.

im sure ive read somewhere that taking magnesium with hrt can raise levels.

am i correct in thinking this xx

Wasn’t aware but I’m taking it to help with aches and pains and water retention. Will be interested to know responses.

It interferes with thyroxine if taken orally within 4 hrs
