Title: Feel better on continuous progesterone?
Post by: 2cats on March 05, 2023, 07:44:53 PM
Hi,
I’ve just changed to femseven conti (4 weeks on Tuesday) and have managed not to cry for 2 1/2 weeks! Until today  :(  it was probably related to spending most of the weekend alone. However I’m hoping that the trend is going the right way for me.
Does anyone else feel like continuous progesterone has helped mood and anxiety? When I was using utrogestan vaginally, after a week I would start to feel more confident about my life etc etc then crash once I’d stop it after 12 days. I thought I had a tolerance problem with progesterone but now I’m wondering if it was the fluctuation each month that caused the issue…
I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has experienced this.

Hi poppy toast

I tried Everol sequi a few years ago and it made me so angry I had to come off it! I hope the biovea continues to work for you. Do you take oestrogen too?
