Has anyone had a mirena fitted for bleeding issues on HRT, then had it removed, gone back onto utrogestan and been okay ( no bleeding ?)
I’m considering this, as I’ve developed dark patches of pigment ( melasma) on my face, which I’m not best pleased about.
I can’t remember whether they were there before that mirena was fitted, but they’ve definitely worsened.
Trouble is, I don’t want any bleeding problems again.
Any thoughts?
