Title: Oestrogel

Hi everyone,  because of stock problems I've gone back to using oestrogel pump pack instead of sandrena gel. Only been back using it for a week but feeling really sluggish and a bit low. Any suggestions? Do I need to use more.

Hi how much Sandrena were you using ? How much Oestrogel are you using ?

Hi Dotty, I was using 1 sachet. Now using 2 pumps. I know they're different dosage for different gels

I think it maybe this cold weather. Going away for a few days next week,  sun will probably help :) x
