Title: HRT withdrawal and facial spots
Post by: JoDo63 on March 04, 2023, 02:22:04 AM
Hi all, I have never really suffered from acne/ spots even as a teen. At the onset of menopause no spots either but a bit of Roscea. Tried Femoston conti  for about 6 months or more but decided to come off it. Not taken for a few weeks now. However  experiencing spots on a daily basis. Is it possible the 2 are linked?

Hi

When I stopped my HRT about 7 weeks ago (plan to try it again) I developed loads of angry red spots.

All on my forehead, around my chin. I don’t normally suffer with spots either.

Lucky they have now gone, but I suspect it’s the hormones.

Best wishes
