So this is something I have noticed over the past 4 months or so without the massive weight gain (OK maybe a few pounds but nothing that should cause an increase to this excess!).Has anyone else experienced this in the peri stage? hoping hrt may settle it in time. I can no longer wear some of my clothes as they no longer fit around the bust!!

Yes. My cup size has increased by 3 sizes. Best thing to do is trest yourself to a comfortable bra. :)

Oh yes! I went from a B to a C cup. Which was announced very publicly by the front man in the band I was in at the time, after I had been discussing it with his wife.
Started with “Flossie had some good news this week…”
I was mortified.

Oh bless you Flossie!! :o
Goodness thanks for your replies! I'm glad this isn't unusual. So blinking annoying as I was already pretty big in chest size. I think I'll be treating myself to some new bras! Have you found at all that it's decreased over time or is this it now ;D
Thanks ladies, good to know I'm not alone!

85% of women are wearing the wrong sized bra ;). However, I was measured professionally by 3 different companies on the same afternoon and had 3 different measurements. >:( I've not worn one since ..........

I use a bra calculator on a site called boob or bust. This is a slightly different method of measuring and one I have found to be the most accurate. At first it is a shock to get a bigger size then expected but I have found them to be spot on.
I will have a party if my bra size reduces. ;D

Do we have to measure the back rather than the breast.

Do we have to measure the back rather than the breast.
They say to measure under the bust, the bust and also the bust leaning forward. It is a very interesting way of finding the bra size. You then put the measurements into their calculator.

Thanks ladies, I'll have a measure.
Mine have really increased, tops that use to fit still do around the waist but getting them to fit over my bust is not an option ;D
I must admit when I'm in home I don't bother, blooming things..bras that is!

After surgery I couldn't find any that were comfy although I did love 'em when younger.
