I'm new to the forum and have predominantly been struggling with psychological symptoms of what I think must be perimenopause (I'm 46) which came on about 12-18 months ago. I was prescribed evorel sequi and used them for 3 months but never felt any different. Would it be worth me trying them longer to see if they will help with perimenopausal anxiety? how long did other people try before they saw a difference?

Hi Annie
It could be that you need to keep going with them or get a higher dose, often your doc starts in a lower amount then increases if need be
