Hi, I’m wondering if anyone else out there has experienced this; I’ve never had a regular menstrual cycle but had 2 occasions now where I’ve not had a period for 4 months in a row and felt great! As soon as I have period again I’ve got migraines, brain fog and depression. I’m 51 btw. Thanks all :)

Hi! HORMONES >:( ::). Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use to chart progress.
My periods waxed and waned for a few years B4 they disappeared. It's The Change - does what it says on the tin. As oestrogen levels drop the body may become dry: inside and out - deep in the ears, scalp, vagina, between the toes, nostrils - as well as muscles may become lax = aches and pains.
:welcomemm: browse round. make notes. Ask away.
