Title: Evoral sequi

Hi guys I’ve just started on evoral sequi 3 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks were fine even felt a bit more energy. Now I’ve swapped to the conti patches started to feel unwell with tummy upset headaches and not sleeping properly (not that I did before) has anyone experienced this?

See how you are when you're back on the oestrogen only patches. It might be that the progestogen in evorel doesn't suit you and you'd be better with a different sort.
