Hi girls, I just came across this link and found it extremely interesting. I suffer with awful hayfever from march right through till winter. I am also progesterone intolerant. So maybe looking at taking antihistamines could be helpful to me and some others. x

Thank you for posting this. It was very interesting. I take antihistamines but recently started reacting to certain high histamine foods and are no longer able to eat them. This explains why.

Hi

I take an antihistamine when my anxiety is doing the rounds.
Calms me down and I get a good nights sleep, next day, my anxiety has gone.
Gives me respite until the next episode.
