I’m really struggling
I have put on a lot of weight . I am trying to shift it but this bloating is awful and really de-motivating .
Literally protruding from under my boobs I look pregnant - again!
I’m trying to discern if the HRT is making it worse. I’m a year and a half post meno.
Anyone beaten the bloat?
If so how did you do it and what are your top tips ?

Hi CLKD
Went thru peri in my 40s but didn’t know what was happening although o had a good inclination but doctors said no. I ended up on sertraline as the anxiety was so bad
I survived all that only to find post menopause I became flat as a oancake- I literally had no motivation or inclination to do anything!
That plus brain fog - which really affected work.
Above led me to try HRT which is def helping , feel so much better-
But this bloated belly , which I’m not convinced is HRT - I dont know but there must be a a way past it !?

Morning. MayB type the names of the products: individually : into the search box to see if any threads pop up?
Certainly as hormones drop 1 can feel flat and non-motivated.
