Help!
I have been on extradition 50 for a few months now and after so many huge hormonal ups and downs I finally feel more settled physically and emotionally. Not perfect but able to function so much better. No more horrendously sore boobs, mood swings so much better, no more bloating and pain, anxiety vastly improved. The mirena coil has settled and I have finally stopped bleeding, so no monthly Pmt on steroids episodes. So all well and even came off the anti depressants, so the anxiety can be a bit iffy still, but proud I came off them.
But... My gp surgery can no longer get hold of estradot 50 due to supply problems. Cue huge anxiety and fear that after FINALLY having the worst 2 years of my life hormonally speaking, and I mean so, so low and scared and all the worst symptoms that many of you ladies can feel and understand, I am so worried my stability will end and I will be rocked back to how I was last year if have to start a new hrt regime. I was in a very bad place.
My gp suggests gel, but I don't know how I can face the mood swings if my body -and mind- has to cope with adapting to a new form of hrt. My mum died last week too, so my anxiety is already creeping up again .
Has anyone had the same problems of not being able to have their preferred patch and forced to go into something new? Everol left me with several unpleasant side effects... anyone switched and stayed quite 'arabia's
I know someone out there may offer some advice.
Ladies, I wish you all well.

So, so sorry to learn about your Mum. Stress doesn't help hormonal upheaval. What support do you have, our Funeral Director is wonderful and takes care of all issues.
MayB contact the local Pharmacies ? find out what the differences are between your regime and what has been suggested? Altering medication of any sort can be worrying on an 'in case' basis.
Let us know how you get on.
