Title: Advice re hrt
Post by: Weeloz on February 04, 2023, 11:18:34 PM
Hi

I started hrt Dec 2021 as in menopause hadn't had a period in 4 years  was prescribed everol conti patches. Started bleeding after 3 months  although I felt good on them so advised to come off them till I got a examination. Was off them for a few months then prescribed femseven. Used this for another few months forgot to replace patch after a few days so thought I would try without.
Was fine for a month or 2 then symptoms came back. Tried again but found after a week my anxiety was through the roof and was having nightmares.
Have been off them since Nov 2022 but symptoms back, would it be fine to try again or should I stay off longer

I would try again too. Perhaps a different HRT preparation would suit you more but if not I would go back to which one you found the most helpful.
