Title: PMT and HRT

PMT symptoms once a month
Brown spotting once a month
Feelings of having a period once a month

All whilst on continously combined HRT.
Post meno for years.

What causes this! I don't understand it. :-\ :(

The hrt is causing it.
I had this on the patch and utrogestan. Have since had a coil fitted and no pmt or bleeding.
