Title: Elleste Duet 1mg - PMS symptoms
Post by: L30yng on February 02, 2023, 03:37:33 PM
Hi. I am 49, perimenopausal and have been taking 1mg Elleste diet for nearly a year. It helped with brain fog, joint aches, dryness which was brilliant. However, I am not getting quite bad PMS symptoms such as headache, anxiety, sleeping issues, bloating, hunger and heavier periods. Does anyone have any advice? Put up or ask for 2mg? Huge thanks in advance.
