Title: Patches

I need a bit of help, I started HRT patches 16/1/23. Can someone tell me if I was correct in starting taking the Progesterone yesterday (1/2/23)? It's 2 weeks after I started the patch. I don't know if I need to wait 2 weeks after a withdrawal bleed, or if the bleed comes after I have started taking the tablets. I am just a bit confused.

The withdrawal bleed can be expected when you stop the progesterone, so you are doing it right. Oestrogen patch all the time, add in the progesterone for the last two weeks. Erratic bleeding can be expected for a while when starting a new regime, or adjusting an existing one.

Can i ask how are you all finding removing the patches? Im dinding it so painful. Especially if i put them on further round on bum and you cant see  ???

I just rip mine off like with a plaster. It's easier after a bath or a shower though.
