Oh my god, how much longer does this crappy menopause last for???

Anyone smoked weed to get relief?? ( joking!)

Just upped my patch to 100. Hoping and praying for a small miracle! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤞

I really hope the increase helps you to feel better. It does feel like a constant battle doesnt it.
