Title: Best way to stop HRT after 25 years age 70. (Patches)

Hello.
I've been using Fem7 patches for 25 years and I'm now 70. I've definitely benefited from them in terms of energy and health, but I'm increasingly aware of the high risk of breast cancer at my age. Can anyone advise me of the best way to come off HRT or share their experience of trying to?

Hi!  Get a scan which is deeper than a mammogram first B4 stopping HRT.  Quality of Life is important. 

Once you have a screening result U can then make informed choices.  Hopefully the HRT will have worked enough for you not to require any more.  Let us know how you get on.
