Title: Sandrena quality issue

Hi All,

I’m 43 and peri, past 5 years have been a nightmare.  :'( My HRT is not optimised yet. I noticed that I took my usual Sandrena last month and have left worse than usual. Are there quality issues?

Hi if you’re in peri menopause then your own hormones will be playing a part. It’s likely to be that that’s causing the fluctuation in symptoms. x
