Hi everyone,
I had chemotherapy back in 2019 which brought on menopause - I was just about to turn 40. I had hot flushes and other symptoms so started taking Femeston 1/10mg which really seemed to help and I have been on it ever since. My female GP recommended this one as it has a combination of hormones that apparently mimics what I would have had naturally since I was fairly young and likely still to having periods.
However, I am now bleeding for about 2 weeks out of four, as soon as I move onto the progestogen tablet and I wondered whether it would be worth me moving to a different one? My GP who was great has unfortunately left and I have no idea about it all. I would love to hear about others' experiences. I am now 44 1/2 years.

Just a thought but as it was a few years ago, is there any chance your own hormones are kicking in again.

That is a good point, I wonder if I should ask? I never thought of that...
