I feel dreadful. Stopped Utrogestan last Wednesday after my 12 day routine, had PMT strongly (still have) and I always have a bleed just after or sometimes before I've even finished taking Utro. But nothing. It's Tuesday. I'm freaking out. I'm 49 (50 in June) and on sequential HRT since Aug 2021.
Is this just normal to start missing a bleed - why is the PMT SO strong if no bleed?

Probably because your own hormones are putting a spanner on the works. If you're producing your own progesterone (which is likely as yiu have pmt) you will bleed when your own cycle decides, it's invariably stronger than the hrt one. Don't worry, things like this are to be expected in peri. If you don't bleed it's most likely because the lining hasn't built up enough.

What R your PMT symptoms?

Emotional symptoms mainly - anxiety, rage etc. I also get period pain and feel more hungry. Get a bit warmer at night. Constipated.

Sounds like my PMT >:(
I was advised by NAPS to eat every 3 hours to ease that sudden lack of energy = nausea and rages. If you see small tots in pushchairs screaming, it's usually because they are hungry ;-)
