There is yes vm which is water based and yes ob which is oil based. Either one is fine. Yes ob is thicker. You can use whichever one you prefer. :)

Just to say that following CLKDs suggestion to me about freebies I contacted them and they are sending some out. So thanks.

Can I ask....I've just started using this (via applicators) and I have had some burning/stinging type feelings. Is that normal? I'm thinking because the vaginal walls may be so dry and irritated?
Has anyone experienced that?
