Hi all, I have a tingling sensation in my legs a few days after starting HRT, I am reducing my patch down as on a high dose but wanted to know if anyone else had this feeling and how long it takes to settle as read it is down to fluctuations in hormones?

Welcome. I can't help as I don't take HRT. MayB put the product names into the search box : individually : to read threads that pop up? Make notes ;-)

Hi Slowrunningjane.
I’ve got exactly the same thing.
Tingly and a feeling of fizzing in both legs but right one being the worst.
Gawd knows why it happens, and I don’t know if it is the hrt doing it, I’ve been on hrt for 7 years or so.
Just don’t know where to put my legs sometimes when in bed, it’s more bearable day time.
I don’t have it all the time, it comes and goes, but when it’s here, it could last for days.
Drives me mad tbh.
Taking paracetamol before bed sometimes helps mine. 🤷🏼♀️

Try bananas or potassium-rich food stuffs. They cured my restless leg syndrome within 5 nights.
