Title: Which progesterone for hrt
Post by: Booroo on January 05, 2023, 12:24:17 PM
Already on another thread but this is a ew one for advice please.
So after one attempt at hrt I’m using sandrena 0.5 ok but almost 14 days soon next week and want to know what I can tolerate as the footballs of utrogesten was intolerable hence only lasted one day last time and stopped everything. Don’t need contaraceptiom and think I’m almost done with periods not much in last year due to on and off mini pill.
Good to know what others experience to make my decision.
Thanks

Ladies with a womb require some form of progesterone regime.  It really can be Trial and Error.

You could see what was in your bcp and if it's available for hrt. As above, everyone is different. Utrogestan is supposedly body identical and therefore the best, I get fatigue on it but am fine with norethisterone in evorel.
